This week we meet at the Minster Inn at 18:30 for our warm up, before heading down to Skeldergate (just after the Sainsbury junction) where the session begins.
Our focus is speed.
We will be running 1500m splits up to Millennium Bridge before a generous recovery and a repeat on the return x 4 at your 10k pace.
Sounds like fun I hear you cry! It absolutely will be.
