Club Training - 23rd June

We are back at the sports field at the former Bootham Park Hospital again this week. For those of you who aren’t familiar with it, the entrance is directly off Bootham, opposite the street known as St Mary’s.

We meet at 6.30pm for a session that Coach has described as Buffalo Girls. Now he’s from another generation to me so you may need to check it out on the t’internet. I’m told it’s a song from the 80s (1980s I believe) and the lyrics provide a clue as to what he will have us doing. Leg warmers optional.
