Feeling the need - the need for Speed!
Training is on this week as usual. We meet at the Minster Inn at 18:30 for a much needed warm up before heading out for a speed based session.
There are two sessions I have in mind depending on numbers ie we can’t have 30 runners charging over windmill rise in the dark - it would be scary for residents and a tad dangerous!
Option B will be down along the river near Rowntrees Park - high viz and torch still recommended. Particularly as you will be running so fast.
