Oh yes it’s ladies night

In what seems a flash, a new month is now just around the corner--which means it's time for our Monthly Ladies' Run! Whether you're one of our existing YPH ladies or are just simply interested in giving running a go and/or joining a running club, it makes no matter--we'd love to have you! In true YPH form, this Monday, the 1st of July, we'll meet at the Minster Inn at 6:30pm for some dynamic stretches before heading off on a steady 5K run. We'll stretch our legs, feel the wind on our faces and have a good natter along the way before finishing off at the Minster Inn. As always, there's no need to fear being 'too slow'; we're just aiming to run happy, be happy. So please don't hesitate to join the fun. We're always looking for new Postal Ladies to join our tribe; so if you have a friend, family member or colleague who might be interested, give them a shout to come on down and see what all the buzz is about.
