YPH Training – Wed 18th Sept.
Training is on as usual tomorrow, meeting at the Minster Inn at 18:30 for our customary warm up. We will head down to St Peters Field to make use of the last of the summers early evening light before those dark evenings are once again upon us!
This week we will continue to up the distances but continue to work on speed endurance and variable pacing. Fantastic! – a good old pyramid session I hear you cry!
