There were some fabulous performances from the 13 Harriers taking part in parkrun this week. We also had Drew heading to Blackpool to take on the Great North West Half Marathon.

6th - Patrick Hough 20.12. Superb time on that course from Patrick with a hill finish. Would have been nicely sub 20 on a flat track.

Great to see some bigger performances at Hes. Danny and Mark knocking on the door of sub 19 and Jon closing in on sub 20. Another huge PB for Helena, going sub 30 for the first time.
The spirit of YPH award this week goes to Mark who ran back to support Helena over the last 1K. Whilst it’s our legs that’s do the running, a bit of encouragement goes a long way so well done Mark. My spy also tells me if you take your big hi viz jacket off you will save at least 30 seconds so we look forward to reporting on your first sub 19 soon!
