UPDATED with new result - well done to Drew Mitchell who took part in the Wilmslow Half Marathon yesterday. I don't know whether it was a kilt enhanced performance or not but Drew finished in 1:34:37, well done Drew!
Lots of races yesterday with Wakefield 10K, East Hull 20, various Grim Up North distances and others besides. No evidence of any YPH in action but with London just over a month away perhaps it was a case of pounding the pavements closer to home on long run Sunday.
