Speed and Form

This weeks training will be at the Knavesmire again, if we meet at the entrance to the service road at 18:30.


The session this week will be intervals of 800m with 200m active recovery, this will aid the development of speed endurance building on from last weeks threshold work. Additionally we will also be working on landing under the centre of mass to help with form and momentum.


If this isn't for you we will also be running a social run 5 - 8km which will probably head out towards hob moor and return ready to stretch out with everyone else.
