I know a few of the usual Sunday runners are on holiday but we are still heading out for the usual 10km and 10mile runs. I have attached the route, we will be meeting at the entrance to the service road at the Knavesmire (8:30).

If you haven't been down for a while or never joined before, feel free to come along. We will pace at what feels comfortable to everyone.
